Our AC cooling unit was turned off above the ceiling panel and we had no idea because the unit on the wall still had a display. We sweltered in 30C heat for the first night.

Very beautiful hotel

The apartment was very nice. Had trouble getting in from the street as we booked last minute and late at night. Thankfully someone came along to enter and we got in. Main complaint was the incredibly rude and sulky 'receptionist' who checked us out. We were made To feel like a nuisance. If it wasn't for her I would have rated five stars. To feel

Fabulous hotel in a great area, the staff is amazing and the room was stunning. We had a wonderful stay

The hotel is extremely well located - a few minutes walk from Recoleta Cemetery and a small park. Lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a 15 min walk. Room was extremely spacious. Ours had a bath tub in the centre of the raised bathroom area. Unfortunately never got a chance to try it. Staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. I am gluten and lactose free and there was always something for me on the breakfast menu. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Buenos Aires wanting to stay in a small boutique hotel with great service, lovely rooms and excellent location.
